Nandini Asavari Bharadwaj


Ph.D. Candidate


I am a PhD candidate in learning sciences in the Department of Educational & Counselling Psychology, McGill University and a research impact fellow at Children and Screens, Institute of Digital Media and Child Development (USA). 

My research interests are in artificial intelligence (AI) in education, educational technology, and technology & society. My current interdisciplinary research investigates the impact of digital assistant use (e.g., Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant and Apple Siri) on children’s learning and understanding of artificial intelligence. Prior to my current work, I have had versatile experiences in learning across multiple disciplines, research methodologies, age groups, and geographies.
