TLC lab member Rasel Babu and Dr. Adam Dube published article titled “"Bricks to Clicks: Barriers of Emergency Online Learning in Low-Income Contexts" in Psynopsis, Vol. 48 No. 1.  The article explored the systemic challenges university students face in the low-income contexts during emergency transitions to remote education due to COVID-19 pandemic. Addressing critical gaps in digital infrastructure, financial security, and technological access, the piece highlights how institutional assumptions impact learning equity for vulnerable populations. By examining the lived realities of students navigating remote coursework without stable broadband or basic educational resources, our work offers actionable insights for educators, researchers, and policymakers aiming to foster inclusive and equitable post-secondary learning environments globally.
